We are happy to work with you to return your item if it is not as you expected or an error was made on our part. If you want to exchange your item, you are required to ship the item back and pay for the shipping charge for us to send you the replacement. We will not accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders or undergarments. If you had us change any wording or asked us to personalize an item different then the sale is final.
